Hello All,

I would like to know if it is possible to set on all phones call forwarding on busy with server based call control ?(Unfortunately we have to go on each user panel to activate the call forward).

Thanks

Hello knuckles,

Usually our phones write their status into their own mac-phone.cfg when you would activate a feature like this.

I am nowhere near a pc or phone so I am unable to check this so I suggest you test this on your end to see what parameter/setting is used.

Provision these to all your phones and you are set.

Best regards
