Hello everyone,
I updated my phones on 4.0.2b.
But when i put phone 6000 all calls forwading to 6001, 6001 is unable to call 6000. Before it was working fine.
Anyone noticed this bug ?
Hello Knuckles,
before we call anything a bug we would need to see evidence that the behaviour was different in a previous version.
In addition Call Forwarding Parameters changed in UCS 4.0.x so the suggestion as usual:
Provide your configuration, app & boot logs and 2 matching wireshark traces via your Polycom reseller to Polycom support.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Hi Steffen,
I downgraded it to 3.3.1 and i got the same problem ... may be a misconfiguration ?
Hi Everyone,
There was a configuration error but i still get a problem in 4.0.2b
In 3.3.1 i use this configuration for call forwarding and dnd. It's works fine (i can use the call forward button and i got the icon that all calls are forwarded)
<voIpProt.SIP.serverFeatureControl voIpProt.SIP.serverFeatureControl.cf="1" voIpProt.SIP.serverFeatureControl.dnd="1"> <voIpProt.SIP.serverFeatureControl.localProcessing voIpProt.SIP.serverFeatureControl.localProcessing.cf="0" voIpProt.SIP.serverFeatureControl.localProcessing.dnd="0"> </voIpProt.SIP.serverFeatureControl.localProcessing> </voIpProt.SIP.serverFeatureControl>
But in 4.0.2 it doesn't work. Is anything has changed in the configuration file ?
Hello Knuckles,
check the release notes / admin guide if these parameters still exist and ensure to check the logs and the Phone menu as explained in the FAQ post here:
Oct 11, 2011 Question: How can I troubleshoot configuration Issues via Log Files or the phone GUI?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
Make sure you test this with the latest Version which at present is UCS 4.0.3 Rev F.
The next step would be to raise this with Polycom support via your Polycom reseller.
