I have a Polycom Soundstation IP 6000.  when I dial to it, the calls go straight to voicemail.  I made sure the "do not disturb" is disabled and forwarding is disabled.  Any suggestions will be helpful.  Thank you.  Software: 3.3.3.0069

Resolution: Please check => here <=

 

Above would be a quick and simple check if your line is actually registered as you have so far not provided the Information if you are able to make outgoing calls from the SSIP.

 

Apart from that only a wireshark trace would tell if the call even reaches the phone.

This is an old thread, but this worked for me: Dial #21 to stop all calls from going straight to voice mail. (To activate this feature, dial *21.)
