Calls go directly to voicemail

I have a Polycom Soundstation IP 6000.  when I dial to it, the calls go straight to voicemail.  I made sure the "do not disturb" is disabled and forwarding is disabled.  Any suggestions will be helpful.  Thank you.  Software: 3.3.3.0069

Re: Calls go directly to voicemail

Hello shane,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Oct 7, 2011 Question: How can I check out the Registration Status of my Phone?
Resolution: Please check => here <=

Above would be a quick and simple check if your line is actually registered as you have so far not provided the Information if you are able to make outgoing calls from the SSIP.

Apart from that only a wireshark trace would tell if the call even reaches the phone.

Re: Calls go directly to voicemail

This is an old thread, but this worked for me: Dial #21 to stop all calls from going straight to voice mail. (To activate this feature, dial *21.)

Re: Calls go directly to voicemail

Hello @MGStrong ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

Thanks for the contribution but this completely depends on the system and therefore your statement may be completely incorrect.

This has nothing to do with a Polycom phone.
