Hi one of the staff in my office's phone does not ring when receiving an incoming call and goes straight to voicemail. The call appears afterwards as a missed call. She does not have DND enabled or any Call Forwading features. Is there any solution to this? No other phone in the office does this and she misses all calls because of it. Please give me a first step or solution.

It is always useful to include if you are using a SIP server or a LYNC / Skype for Business server.
Most likely you would need to contact whoever provides your service to you to look into the signalling between the Phone and your yet unknown SIP provider.
