Hi.

 

I have several VVX 301 handsets.

Some will work fine on our main office LAN,

Other's will only worked if they're on a different (external) LAN

I have been looking at the combined config files (indivually) and cannot find any differences so am at a loss.

Is there any way I can copy all configs from a known good phone, over to another, and then amend the login details on the device itself?

Resolution:Since UC Software 4.0.0 or later a backup can be created via the Web Interface Utilities > Phone Backup & Restore > Phone Backup > Phone Backup
