Hello taylorb2013,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The parameter used for this is <attendant> as described => here <= within the VoIP FAQ.

According to the latest UCS 4.1.0 Admin the following are support:

These parameters are only supported on the SoundPoint IP 450, 550, 560, and 650 phones.

I'm just looking into this myself and thought I'd add my 2 cents worth. On firmware 3.3 admin guide: These attributes are available on SoundPoint IP 32x/33x, 450, 550, 560, 650, and 670 phones only

Hello Miken32,

the Admin Guide is quite likely wrong.

The Engineering Advisory 62475  => here <= explains the functionality and list's the supported models.

Above needs to be updated to list the VVX600 and I would assume the VVX300/310 and VVX400/410 once released.

Best Regards
