welcome to the Polycom Community.
The parameter used for this is <attendant> as described => here <= within the VoIP FAQ.
According to the latest UCS 4.1.0 Admin the following are support:
These parameters are only supported on the SoundPoint IP 450, 550, 560, and 650 phones.
It can also be used with the VVX500 and VVX600.

Hello Miken32,
the Admin Guide is quite likely wrong.
The Engineering Advisory 62475 => here <= explains the functionality and list's the supported models.
Above needs to be updated to list the VVX600 and I would assume the VVX300/310 and VVX400/410 once released.
