VVX300 UCS:  4.1.6.5374, BootRom:  5.1.6.4483, Dlink DIR 651 with SIP ALG disabled, Netgear Prosafe GS110TP  POE Switch

Office with 6 VVX300 phones.  I can not call 2 extensions, however they can intercom the other phones.  Both phones are idle for long periods of time.  If I power cycle the phones I am able to call those extensions.  All phones are running the same UCS and BootRom.  I temporarily replaced the phones with soundpoint 550 and there was no issue so it seeme to be something with the VVX300.  Anyone experienced this before?

Thank you for your response. Though I do wonder why brand new phones were shipped with unsupported software. I tried to upgrade the software using the gui. I selected update software using polycom server and it came back with a earlier version and asked me if I wanted to down grade my software, which I said no. I will try to find a newer version.

Hello JBunstone,

The posted FAQ information explains how to setup a local provisioning server in case you cannot use the built in upgrade server.

The latest main release is UC Software 5.3.0 and the latest Maintenance release is 5.2.3
