Help! I've set up an ftp server to provision the Polycom IP331s, the FTP log shows that the phones download the (mac-address).cfg and sip.ld files and then upload their log file. Then the process stops, the phones don't download the 102.cfg file listed in the (mac-address).cfg file.
I've checked (mac-address).cfg with an XML editor and it does not show any errors. I've also manually ftp'd the 102.cfg file to check that it can be downloaded.
Any help would be appreciated. All the details are shown below. The real mac address has been replaced with (mac-address) and open chevrons with open parenthesis.

In addition I would suggest you upgrade the phone to a currently supported version like UC Software 4.0.9
