Can you set the number of favourites columns on VVX600 with 5.4.0.8782

Hello,

I've seen a similar post to the question "Can you set the number of favorites columns on VVX with 5.3.0?", but the option is missing on our phones with version 5.4.0.8782.

Press Menu > Settings > Basic > Preferences > Idle Screen Setting > Columns

Is it removed or somewhere else? By default, there are 4 columns and it is way too many.

Hello Peter,

As already replied => here <= the Version 5.4.0.8782 sounds like it is a Hot Fixed version.

The "normal" 5.4.0 is 5.4.0.5841 and the 5.4.0A is 5.4.0.10182 so I am not sure where you got your Version from.

Is this in LYNC base profile or in a SIP server setup?

Hello Steffen,

Thanks for your reply. It must be indeed the version, as on another site we have v5.5 and the option is in the menu. We have SIP server setup and will push the new fw on the phones.
