Cannot Retrieve Voicemails

I have a polycom 501 phone and I can't retreieve any messages, and people can't leave me any messages on my extension. No one else's extension is having this problem.

 

Does anyone know of a way to solve this? We've already tried reconfiguring my phone and deactivating and reactivating my voicemail.

Hello Atoledo,

 

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

The Voicemail has not really got anything to do with the Phone, the SIP Call Server would forward calls after a certain amount of rings to your Voicemail.

 

I can only recommend to contact your SIP Server provider.
