I have gone though Menu > Features > Messages > Message Center > and cleared all messages (urgent, new, and other) and have also gone through the inbound calls list and cleared all calls.  I have also use the reboot option in the settings menu and have manually powercycled the phone.  I still am getti9ng a red flashing light on the top of the phone accompanied by a tone, and a message on the LCD that there is 1 message waiting.

What should I try next?

PLEASE Email your answers to Blaise.B@gmail.com as I cannot check this forum from work but I CAN check my email.

Thank you.

Hello Michael,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

If you require direct support you should contact your Polycom Reseller and / or Polycom support via PPI (pay per Incident)

The Phone subscribes on Boot up to the SIP Server and usually receives a SIP Notify with the Voice Mail Information.

Until this message is cleared by the SIP Server the MWI light will keep re-appearing.

I suggest you work with your VoIP Provider on solving this. A wireshark trace taken via a spanned / mirrored Port when the Phone boots up should confirm this.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
