Cannot dial from VVX EM50 key buttons

Hello,

 

We have a VVX450 phone attached along with an EM50 expansion module. When my user tries to transfer calls via the expansion module, the call is not being transferred. They have to manually press BlindX, then dial the extension and hit SEND in order to transfer a call. Is there any way to get this working from the phone's web interface? 

 

Or is something that depends on my VOIP provider? Any help or suggestions are appreciated! Thank you!

Welcome back to the Poly Community.

It would be good to know if this is a VVX running the UC software or the ObiHai software and what version.

 

In addition, a backup may help us volunteers.

I suggest you work with your service provider as they would need to make the change and confirm it is supported on their end.
