Hi

 

I am trying to provision an IP 331 phone. But I keep getting an invalid certificate error message.

I used the same cfg file I used 2 months ago to provision 20 phones successfully.

I even tried to recreate a new cfg from scratch.

 

It seems that the phone did not get the cert from the FTP site.

Below are the errors i am getting from the log.

 

0526161346|sip  |4|03|Server certificate verification failed, Untrusted Cetificate
0526161346|sip  |4|03|MakeTlsConnection: SSL_connect error 1
0526161346|sip  |4|03|MakeTlsConnection: connection failed error -1

 

Please help!

Update:

I tried to update the certifcate from the web interface. But I kept getting The SSL certificate file failed to download"
