Central management, particularly directories, for IP 550
I'm new to VoIP in general, and Polycom in particular. I now have 5 IP 550 phones working with an external voice provider (at the moment, happens to be Nextiva). Is there a way I can manage the phones - particularly their directories - from a central location? Do I need to purchase proprietary software to do this?

welcome to the Polycom Community.
As far as I am aware there is no 3rd Party management Software.
You could use active Directory to have a central Phonebook.
