Change LED action when muted

We have a color blind user that does a lot of demos in our conference room where we have a SoundStation IP 5000. He cannot differentiate the difference betweent the green LEDs and the red ones when the phone is muted.

 

Is it possible to change it to a flashing red while the phone is muted?
