Hi all, 

my company asked me if it is possible to change the Network Devices Background (under settings->Basic->Preferences), but from what I can see, it's only possible to choose from a dropdown menu 3 default background .... can I upload a customized one?

This is currently not possible and only the built in backgrounds are available.

Steffen - Just like all the other Polycom moderator answers, your answer is not helpful at all! How about some insight as to whether Polycom has plans to address this or if others have requested this feature.

 

This issue needs to be addressed so that customers can brand their conference rooms. I purchased the device for my purposes not advertise for Polycom. Part of that is using my own corporate conference room background that we use in all our other Lync Room System meeting rooms.

 

This needs to be moved up and included as either a provisioning server option or a web interface option for the next release!

Due to NDA regulations we are unable to discuss future software versions or features in an open community. Therefore my reply to the users question back in February stated what at that present time is possible.
