Change caller ID on VVX410

We have a new installation of VVX 410 phones, Version 5.4.0.5841 , customer is asking to have caller ID to not be the receptionist but to be the Outside caller. How can I make this happen. When call comes in, receptionist answers and then transfers to staff member, Staff member sees Receptionist in the Caller ID.
