Hello

I am working with UCS 5.4.4 on VVX300  and I want to change the action behind a key.

I need to remap the messages key (number 21) to dial a number.

with the following parameter, nothing happens when I press the key.

is there any mistake somewhere ?

Efk feature is enable.

<key
key.VVX300.21.function.prim="^+33123456789$Tinvite$"
/>

thanks

regards

Hello Kakiman,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Nov 4, 2011 Question: How can I change the functionality of an Hardware Button?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Nov 25, 2011 Question: How can I change the functionality of a softkey button / use EFK?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

both of the above contain examples and the EFK post also includes how to troubleshoot this via the phone logs.

I assume the ^ may cause the issue as I am not aware that you need that.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
