How I can change the "order" of the lines in the display?

As it stands right now, I have a physical Line 1 then Line 2 button... But in the display, Line 2 is listed at the top... and Line 1 is below it..

Thank you.

Hello Jose,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Since UCS 4.0.0 the new Feature Flexible Line Key Assignment was enabled.  But this only applies to SoundPoint IP 450, 550, 560, 650, and 670 desktop phones.

For the SPIP 335 in your case you can only move the Caps of the Line keys around and change the order of the Hardware Buttons to match the appearance in the display.

key.SPIP335.8.function.prim="Line2" key.SPIP335.10.function.prim="Line1"

Best Regards

Change the order in which the lines are specified in the config file. Works for me.

Thanks, this does work for me (not OP, just looking for similar solution).

However, in this configuration, the LEDs next to the Line 1/Line 2 keys do not move with the new key assignments (I press Line 2 key, and Line 1 LED lights up).  Is there anything that can be done about that, or are those fixed?

Thanks,

@Nathan,

what Software Version are you testing this and have you contacted your Polycom Reseller or Polycom Support yet?
