We were recently upgraded from firmware 5.7.0 to 5.9.4, after the update incoming calls went from coming up as a full screen display, to just at the very top of the screen, where the time and date are.  Which used to be more obvious when you were on a call, or receiving one.  Is there a way to change it back to the full screen again?

I'll attach what they used to look like, and what I am trying to get back.

It actually used to display full screen until the call ended.

Thanks!

Hello @PJerardIII ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

From our FAQ:

May 28, 2015 Question: Can I change the way an inbound call is presented on the screen of a VVX phone?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Check a backup of your configuration from:

<web up.osdIncomingCall.Enabled="0" />

To:

<web up.osdIncomingCall.Enabled="1" />

For 10 Seconds the call will be displayed full screen.

Thank you Steffen,

Where would I add this code?  Or would I have my host Vonage add it?

Hello @PJerardIII ,

Again I can only refer you to our FAQ:

Mar 08, 2013 Question: Where can I download configuration files from or create these myself?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Please work with Vonage for any follow-up questions as they control the configuration of your phone.
