Chinese language and webinterface CX5500



By a mistake, I changed the language to Chinese on my CX5500. I can`t find a guide to get out of it. :-)


I Can not access the system via webinterface either, should this be turned on as defualt?

Hello arielfaaland,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Should be pretty simple:


  • Select Orange Icon from Main Screen (Settings)
  • First Menu
  • First Menu
  • First Menu
  • Language should be shown localized for English and others
