Situation:

Poly Trio 8800 with latest firmware

Poly RealPresence Visual +

Logitech camera plugged in to Visual + via USB

User is in conference room with others and joins a Zoom call on his laptop hosted by the other party without an H.323 connector. He connects his laptop to the Trio 8800 and wants Zoom (and other similar apps) to use the Logitech camera rather than his onboard laptop camera so the other party can see everyone in the room.

Is this possible?

thx!

Hello @fi85511 ,

Stating the latest software does not help others when finding this post in days, weeks, months or years to come as they do not know what software mentioned was current at the time of writing.

Please therefore always post the exact complete build id.

Therefore the Poly VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Question: How can I find out my SIP or UC Software Version of my Phone?
Resolution: Please check here

Trio UC Software actually introduced a Sandbox Feature which will pass through the Camera of a Trio

We explain this >here<

In addition, the Trio supports Zoom via Hybrid registration as explained => here <=

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
