I want to know about Polycom Soundpoint IP 33x compatibility with Alcatel-Lucent IP PABX OmniPCX Enterprise (OXE) release 9.x and10/10.1. I have customer want to use Polycom Soundpoint IP with Alactel-Luc OXE. But customer was asking whether Soundpoint IP certified or have officially testing with Alcatel Lucent IP PABX. Just in case if customer use and will have problem in daily use. The problem might have for features not for the quality or connection. Because lat time i heard that Soundpoint IP 33x was problem when OXE PIN feature enabled, after enter the PIN then OXE did not recognized the digits. This was occured OXE rel 7.x.

In general Polycom IP Phones have been interoperability tested with several of our Partners => here <=
In general Polycom Partners usually only certify our SoundStation IP phones in order to provide professional conference phones if their own portfolio lacks this hardware.
These phones run the same software as our desktop phones so in theory they "should" be compatible but are not officially supported.

The reason i am asking the interoperability Polycom Soundpoin IP 33x, 550, 650 with Alcatel-Lucent IP PABX because i want to make sure that there are no issues after installation.
as explained above usually the interop partners test the conference phones to enhance their portfolio. They would usually not test our deskphones running the same software as this would not be profitable for them as they offer their own handset range.
You would need to liaise with Alcatel on this.
