Scenario:
- Lync Server 2013 CU1
- EndPoints: Lync Client, Polycom Phones CX 700, CX 3000 and Polycom IP 335 with UC Software 4.1.0.
- Lync Server have a rule to accept 4 digits extensions and transform in the format :+51XXXXX;ext=XXX
- All calls with 4 digits and sips works fine.
Problem:
- When a Lync Client make a conference dialing the sip user Ej: XXX@domain.com with a IP 335 the call crash.
- When a Lync Client make a conference dialing the format: tel:+51XXXXX;ext=XXX with a IP 335 the conference works fine.
- When a Lync Client make a direct call dialin the sip user Ej: XXX@domain.com works fine.
The problem only occurs in the conference with SoundPoints IP 335
Conference between Lync Clients and CX 700, CX 3000 Works Fine.

Hello Francisco,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
The explanation is pretty simple.
The SPIP335 is not even LYNC 2013 certified and therefore not supported.
The SPIP335 is only fully LYNC 2010 certified.
Only the VVX500 and VVX600 support LYNC 2013 and are certified if running UCS 4.1.2 Rev B.
Please ensure to check the release notes of any future releases.
