Good day,

I will continue to search for a solution but at this point I am also asking for pointers.

 Specifically,

-- I would like to specify font for display on a vvx-400.

-- In this case lables for a customer are in a white color font.

== For this case most Ideal would be to add a font that is the same *but* black in color

AND

== get the details on how to specify the use in a .cfg file from a provisioning server.

Let me know IF I need to provide more details.  I will update IF I find a solution

But thanks in advance for your help/time/attention

Hello caffeineborg,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

It would be great if you could follow up your original post => here < before posting any new posts.

To my knowledge your request is not a currently supported feature

The community's VoIP FAQ therefore contains this post here:

Jan 03, 2013 Question: How can I request a change to the current Polycom SIP / UCS Software?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Steffen good day & thanks for your time

 Last messages crossed.

So I did a quick addion / more details AND the read I did lead me to think that the <rt> entry for an <item> in a -directory.xml

file would associate the specified ring tone (0-21) as the tone

Hello caffeineborg,

I am really not sure where this topic is leading.

The original conversations is about changing the font color.

I then reminded you to follow up your old post which lead you to copy & paste some completely unrelated Admin guide information on a directory XML structure.

Could we keep separate discussions separated in their original environment ?

I would suggest you contact your Polycom reseller if you struggle with the deployment of Polycom phones as they can introduce you to Polycom professional services.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
