Hello ting,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
The CUCM is not a supported Platform for our VoIP Phones.
The FAQ contains a general overview how to register to a SIP server here:
Oct 7, 2011 Question: Can I register or is my Polycom Phone compatible with a “XYZ” SIP Server?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
Our SoundStructure VoIP card is tested against the CUCM and has a deployment guide that can be found => here <=
! No Support or instructions can be provided for non tested devices !
