I am trying to connect our Jabra 9400BS lifters with the Polycom CX600 phone.  The Jabra lifter appears to be incompatible with the CX600.  Speaking with Jabra Support they state that the CX600 is unable to use an electronic hookswitch.  Is this accurate?

I have seen some of the recommended support connections for the CX600 and all appear to go through a hookswitch.  Can anyone clarify?

Thank  you.

Hello southwick,

The CX600 is based on a Microsoft reference design. The data sheet outlines its capabilities and a search engine can be used to acquire a Polycom paper describing the available headsets.

To my knowledge neither CX Phone can use an EHS.
