There are numerous references throughout the forums to script to convert a contacts CSV file to a directory.xml file. However, the link is dead. Can the link be updated or is the script no longer supported?

I have for now attached it to this post.
Instructions are within the PERL script

Sorry, any clicks to either of the Developer Community Forums (Infrastructure or Endpoints) generate an access denied:
"You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action." I cleared my browser cache, and even tried a different browser, same result.
