There are numerous references throughout the forums to script to convert a contacts CSV file to a directory.xml file. However, the link  is dead. Can the link be updated or is the script no longer supported?

Sorry, any clicks to either of the Developer Community Forums (Infrastructure or Endpoints) generate an access denied:

"You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action." I cleared my browser cache, and even tried a different browser, same result.

Thanks so much, just what I needed. Is there someplace I can apply for the privileges necessary to access the Developer forums. I'm evaluating some new Polycom phones and this would be helpful.
