Hi
When contact records are added to the handset local directory these records are matched whenever an incoming/outgoing call is recieved/made and thereby if a match is found then the name is displayed instead of the number.
If using corporate directory on SoundPoint handsets (LDAP) with background sync enabled
(dir.corp.backGroundSync=1)
Does this also mean that the handset will try to match the incoming CLI with LDAP entries it has cached and thereby display the name of the matched entry? Does this also work for outgoing calls?
