All;

    I have a bunch of 670's and what I'm trying to do is create an EFK for transfering callers. I want the user to hit the soft key and then be presented with a list of names that the user can select to transfer the call to. For example, when the user selects "Bob", the call would be transferred to Bobs extension 101,  "Jim" would go to extension 102, etc. So far, I haven't been able to get it to work correctly. If someone has a working example they'd like to share, I would be very grateful.

Thanks in Advance;

FSD

Hello Frank,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

It helps all users of the community if old post's that you opened before at least receive an answer or mark them as solution provided.

That way people who responded to your posts in the past may do so again in the future.

To your new question this is not possible.
