Hello, i have added some phone numbers in the address book of the VVX600. On these numbers i added custom ringtones.

 

When i call from one of the numbers, the correct name is located on the screen, only the ringtone is the default line ringtone.

 

Why doesnt it work??

Hello a.onderwater,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

I upgraded the phone from 5.1.1 to 5.2.0, problem is solved!
