Customizing VVX menu

Our customer would like to customize "Favourites" menu interface

Currently there are only "Dial" and "Info" softkeys

We need to have "Add", "Edit" and "Delete" keys in this menu (they are available only in the next menu, after selecting a contact).

If that's possible, please let me know how.

If not, should we raise feature request?

To my knowledge such request is currently not covered and would require a feature request via a Polycom Solution Architect including a business case.
