I have a D60 base unit, but is set to static IP. I just have "polycom" login and can only view the setting.

do I need a "admin" login so that I can change it to DHCP ? or can I do factory reset to base unit, but how ?

Hello Steven,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The Standard Username for a Production D60 Dect Base station is Polycom and the Password is 456

HTTPS is the required protocoll and once logged on you simply reset the Base Station via the Web Gui:
