The next step, if nobody from the community has any other ideas is to raise a ticket.


In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.

 

Allnet GmbH sold this uni back in 20/04/2017 so the unit is no longer within warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here

i dont need the Buddy Watch feature, i need automatically when i add a speed dial key to recognize not just the BUSY or RINGING, i need it to recognize that the DND is active similar to the busy.

is it doable please? (attached example)

Hello @KyleR ,

 

from the attached photos it looks like you are using BLF / Busy Lamp Field (an backup would have provided us with this detail) and as already advised this is not possible.

 

The above is based on assumption as the minimum required data still has not been provided.
