One of our customers would like the extensions in his side car directory to show red if they set DnD mode on. Is this possible to do through the configuration file?

Hello Killean07,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

A very good starting point for any new discussion is to provide basic information about the setup your customer utilizes.

This should include the following:

  • The hardware that is being used.
    I.e. Phone types etc.

  • The software that is running on the Phones

  • The call server that is being used.

Above all is a minimum requirement in order to be able to provide an answer.

If the phone is just using the local DND functionality then the monitoring users would not show the change as the DND is not being controlled by the call server.

If a server controlled DND functionality is being used I would expect to see this on a monitored BLF user.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
