DND not supported VVX D230

When DND selected in the MENU, after a few sec beep and "not supported" message. Running 7.1.1 firmware, two handsets registered, one SP service is active

Is this line a shared line?

 

if yes then this is working as designed as DND or CFW is now supported via the D230 handset on a shared line.

 

If you still have an issue please open a ticket and mention EN-197873 so our support team can look this up internally.

Thank you for your reply! Do I need to enable SP line sharing in the web interface? Or local share?
