Debug log tool

Does Polycom provide a log viewer that matches the log output of the phones to ease out troubleshooting.

I have some logs to check with thousands of lines and need to retrieve the sip packets from there.

Re: Debug log tool

Hi Alex,

if you use a good Text Editor (notepad++), you can highlight the sip lines.

Oliver

Re: Debug log tool

Hello @AlexK,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

The logs are not really meant for consumption of End Users as they often have messages in there that may confuse the user.

Only Polycom support can use these. We do not offer any tools for this either.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
