I have a polycom spip 550 V.4.0.9 and VVX 300 V 5.2.0 with sevral registrations but I use only line 1 as default,

what happens is when line 3 is ringing and I want to make a new call on line 1, I pick up the headset and line 3 picks up the call,

or somtimes when making a new call I pick up the phone and the call goes out from line 2 3 without any confirmation,

I know that it can be done by pressing the BLF keys for the lines but I want to know if there is any possiblitys that I should be able anytime I pick up the handset it should go to line 1 by default.

Hello MoSH,

The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:

Jan 22, 2014 Question: How can I prevent the phone from automatically accessing a line when the Handset is lifted?

Resolution: Please check => here <=

Please ensure you always check the community FAQ and/or utilize the community search before posting any new topics or follow up post’s.

You may also want to look at the call.stickyAutoLineSeize or the call.stickyAutoLineSeize.onHookDialing parameters in the relevant Admin Guide.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
