Desktop connector with VVX501

I have installed desktop connector and established connection with my phone, however, when I move the mouse over to the phone, I can not get it to come back to the desktop. I find I have to ctrl-alt-del and sometimes even log out to get the mouse back.


I have win 10 pro with the 1803 update, desktop connector is version 1.0.9955.25-Apr-18 12:00

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Apart from a security update earlier this year the PDC app has not been further developed since its original release.

I suggest you open a ticket for this if you want to get some sort of support.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

End Customers are unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Polycom devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.

If the unit is no longer within warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here
