can someone help me for a new registration aboute a VVX1500?

I've installed to a end user, can i detect some information by a remote access GUI ( i have a VPN to site) for thise phone?


from GUI by a local ip address  i can't see wath i need


Second .

If  the language change from a local ( from english to italian) fail, it's possible process it by a managments support by a registration phone?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Depending on the Phones software Version you can make certain changes. The best advise is to upgrade the phone to UCS 4.0.3 Rev F and the community's VoIP FAQ contains several posts that will answer any follow up questions.
