I've built a VVX 400 with 34 SCA's and the SBC seems to dislike the REG attempts. The sip lines REG for a very short time then drop REG this continues endlessy. Coudl you look over my .config file and see if you notice anything that seems questionable in the REG part.

Hello kguenzel,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

A couple of your old posts => here <= are still open / pending as you have not marked these as "Accept as a solution".

If they are in this state nobody finding them via a community search will know if an answer or advice was useful and has helped you.

Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate ?

If they are marked as "Accept as a solution" other users can find these easier and it helps them to utilize the community more efficiently.

In regards to your new question most of these parameters are defined in their factory state so there is no need to define them again in your config.

Only the reg.x.server.y.expires.overlap and reg.x.server.y.failOver.failRegistrationOn have other values but without seeing a log or the whole config and/or a wireshark trace of the issue its hard to tell.

Supporting you on this within the community is outside of the scope for a Polycom employee so we would need a ticket raised.

You can still post and other members may still look at it.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier

I'm only having issues with Registration flapping on a adevice i built yesterday with 34 SCA's, and was hoping someone had feed back if they ran into this p[roblem before and could take a quick look at the REG parameter vaules used for device Registration.
