I'm totally new to Polycom phones and don't even know what to search for.

There is an issue with our Polycom SoundStation 6000 IP phones.
These phones are connected to an Avaye IP Office phone system (V10 (18))
When dialing either phone from speakerphone (after pressing Call Key) it returns to dial tone after 10 digits (including 9 for outside line: 9131244455). We can still continue typing numbers and when we click "Send" it goes, yet our users get confused. We'd like to not have dialtone in the midst of dialing.
When dialing before pressing the Call Key and then pushing the Call Key, the number dials and works fine.
Per the recommendation of our phone vendor, I added the following string:
[2-9]11|0T|011xxx.T|[0-1][2-9]xxxxxxxxx|91[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xx|
After entering the string, when I dial off-hook it drops to dial tone after 3 keys when dialing off hook (Call Key pressed BEFORE dialing)
Also I would like the Polycoms to work like all our phones where users can just pick up the handset (push the Call Key BEFORE dialing) and dial their numbers (3 digit internal extension and up to 12 digits for external) without having to push the send button on the Polycom LCD.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Any help programming these phones is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

This is what seemed to work for me:

Digitmap: [2-9]11|0T|011xxx.T|[0-1][2-9]xxxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxT|xxxT|*xx*xT|*xxT
Digitmap Timeout: 2|2|3|6|6|3|3|3|3

Does anyone see anything wrong with my syntax, etc?

Thanks.
