We have the Soundpoint IP335 phones in our office.  The only way we can dila out is by typing in the phone number and then hitting the dial button.  We cannot pick up the receiver first and then dial the number traditionally.  If we try, we can only type in like 9 digits and the the phone gives off a fast busy.  HELP!

Hi Steffen,

Thank you for replying, your solution help solve our enitre problem.  I am not a phone person so I had to get our asterisk guy to help me making the changes.  Anyway all fixed and thanks again.
