Could you please any one let me know what are the main differences b/w Polycom VVX 300 & 310 and 400 & 410.

Hello Sboobathy,
the easiest place to check for such things is usually the data sheets of the individual phones.
The 300 & 400 are 100MBit network and the 310 / 410 are Gigabit Ethernet.
