I work for ShoreTel and our system support IP6000 phones with the following digit map:

[2-9]11|0T|R9RR011xxx.T|R9RR[0-1][2-9]xxxxxxxxxT|R9RR[2-9]xxxxxxxxxT|[2-9]xxxx

This works for an outbound dial digit of 9 if we predial so I enter 9+1+xxx-xxx-xxxx. For some reason it doesn't work if I open the line first. How would I adjust this so I would be able to pre dial the same way and if I open the line I can press the exact same thing and get it to work?

Thank you for your assistance.
