Hi
I have an issue. When dialing normally, digitmap is working correctly.
When doing a call transfer, the digitmap configured does not work. I have the same problem when conferencing.
Is there a settings to configure for digitmap to work?
Please help, it is urgent
Thanks

Hi
Found the solution.
Remove URL/Name dialing (the sip: apprearing before the number)
feature.urlDialing.enabled="0"

Hello ZanKristof,
We encourage all users to read the Welcome Post, the FAQ and use the Forum Search.
Did you check => here <= as this explains in detail how the Digitmap works.
Do you usually dial on hook (without hearing the dial tone first) ?
What you describe is sounding like your Digitmap is not setup correctly as it is only applied when making a call off hook, or a 2nd call like adding someone into a conference.
