Directory not being downloaded

We have some Soundpoints which I  can't get to download the directory file. But it works fine on others which are running the same firmware. I can see both phones talking to the provisioning server. The 335 GETs the MAC-license and MAC-directory files but the 331 doesn't.

Re: Directory not being downloaded

Hello CSB,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Its hard to tell without seeing the phones logs as the logs may show different states of the phone.

Also not knowing what configuration may have been set on the phones itself as for example provisioning polling with a "normal" configuration will not try and download the <mac>-directory.xml file. Example => here <=

As you most likely obscured your phones MAC address I am unable to advise what Polycom reseller to contact for support.

Please use the FAQ posts for further troubleshooting advise.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
