Hello - Is it possible to disable the Missed Call Counter that shows on screen, without disabling the Missed Call List?   If so, what is the configuration parameter?

Optional Details

  • I read the last ~30 threads on missed calls, but this topic doesn't seem to have been discussed.  If I've missed it somewhere, please share a link.
  • I'm not operating a que, so a solution for calls completed elsewhere is not needed.

Hello --

I'm hoping to find a solution for this modification.  An old support document on SIP v2.0.1 (link below) has this note:  "In a future SIP release, it will be possible to disable just the counter."    Does anyone know if that is now possible?

Normally, a list of Received Calls and Placed Calls gets retained.  How can the list of Missed Calls get retained, even when the main screen display of # of missed calls is disabled?
