I'm looking for info on if it's possible to disable the PC jack on the back of the Polycom Soundpoint IP5xx phones. A customer request, and I've not had any luck in the documentation. I'd like to avoid changes needed via the web interface, if possible.
Any suggestions welcomed.

Note: I missed that this can be done at the same place you set the speed... via phone or via config file. Also when using Managed Phones in Interactive Intelligence CIC products, in the Managed Phones advanced config.
Sorry, just didn't do enough searching first. Thanks..
